A rich and moist chocolate cake perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bain-marie or microwave until smooth.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and mix well.
4. Sift in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt, and gently fold until combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes. The cake should be firm around the edges but still slightly soft in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!
