Description: A delicious and aromatic oven-baked salmon dish, perfect for a special dinner.

Ingredients:
- 1 whole Kuhmo eco salmon
- 1 lemon
- White pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill, to taste
- Onion, sliced into rings
- White wine
- Butter
- Maldon sea salt
- Parchment paper
- Heavy-duty aluminum foil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Prepare the salmon: clean and dry the fish, then place it in a baking dish.
3. Slice the lemon and lay the slices on top of the salmon.
4. Season the fish with white pepper and Maldon salt.
5. Add fresh dill and onion rings on top of the salmon.
6. Pour white wine over the fish and add a few pats of butter.
7. Cover the salmon with parchment paper, then wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
9. Let the salmon rest for a few moments before serving.
10. Serve alongside potatoes or a salad.
