A refreshing and delicious alternative to traditional party foods. This pizza is enriched with sour cream and cheese, and it disappears quickly from the celebration table!Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 1 white fennel bulb- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 100 g blue cheese
- 2 pizza bases (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).2. Rinse and slice the fennel into thin slices. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the fennel and mushroom slices for about 5 minutes until they soften. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread the sour cream evenly over the pizza bases.
5. Distribute the sautéed fennel and mushrooms on top of the sour cream.
6. Grate the Parmesan cheese and crumble the blue cheese over the pizzas.
7. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Remove the pizzas from the oven, let them cool slightly, and cut into slices. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
