This easy and effortless nutty bread rises overnight and is baked in a hot pot. The crusty and moist loaf is perfect for breakfast or a snack!

Serving Size: 1 loaf

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 350 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry yeast
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or hazelnuts)
- (Optional) 50 ml carrot juice

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and dry yeast.
2. Add the water (and carrot juice, if using) and stir until the dough is smooth.
3. Incorporate the nuts into the dough and mix well.
4. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rest at room temperature for about 12 hours, preferably overnight.
5. Once the dough has risen, pour it onto a floured surface and shape it into a loaf.
6. Preheat the pot in the oven to 230 °C (450 °F).
7. Carefully transfer the loaf into the hot pot and bake for about 30-40 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and crusty.
8. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
