Delightful and cheerful cookies perfect for Easter, these cute bunny cookies will bring joy to both kids and adults! Preparation Time: 30 min (plus baking and drying time)
Serving Size: About 20 cookies
Ingredients:
- 500 g pre-made dough
- 100 g French candies (for eyes)
- 1 dl powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 50 g pink candy balls (for bunny tails)
- Colorful sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan ovens).
2. Roll out the pre-made dough to about 0.5 cm thick.
3. Cut out bunny-shaped cookies from the dough and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, until they are lightly golden brown. Allow them to cool completely.
5. Prepare the icing by mixing the powdered sugar and water in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
6. Decorate the cookies with icing and place French candies as the bunnies' eyes.
7. Attach the pink candy balls to the back of the cookies as bunny tails.
8. Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top and let the icing dry before serving or storing.
