- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 ml oat cream or cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 100 ml water
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and onion. 2. Slice the sausage and bell pepper.
3. Heat the oil in a large skillet and sauté the onion until softened.
4. Add the sausage, potatoes, carrots, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes.
5. Pour in the oat cream and water. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
6. Let the dish simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
7. Serve with fresh herbs on top.
