Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats - 4 dl water
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 dl milk or plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
Instructions:
1. Cook the rolled oats in water according to the package instructions. 2. Once the oats are ready, mash the banana and apple in a bowl.
3. Mix the mashed fruits into the cooked oats.
4. Add the milk or plant-based milk, honey, and cinnamon. Stir well.
5. Add butter or oil if needed for a smoother texture.
6. Serve warm for babies and mothers!
