Ingredients:
- 150 g green salad leaves (such as iceberg or arugula)
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 50 g black olives, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the salad leaves. Place them in a large salad bowl.
2. Add the diced bell pepper, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and black olives on top of the salad leaves.
3. Gently add the sliced avocado to the salad.
4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine the ingredients.
