Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until soft.
3. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
4. Pour the cooking cream into the spinach and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.
7. Serve the pasta garnished with fresh basil.
