Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter for frying
- Berries (e.g., strawberries or blueberries) for garnish
- Maple syrup or honey for serving
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until you have a smooth batter.
2. Heat a frying pan and add the butter.
3. Pour about 1/4 dl of the batter onto the pan for each pancake and cook over medium heat until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look cooked. Flip the pancake and cook for a little longer on the other side.
4. Repeat until all the batter is used.
