A delicious and quick snack perfect for any occasion. Fill the bread with fresh salmon and tasty toppings. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of rye bread - 200 g cold-smoked salmon
- 100 g cream cheese (plain or herb-flavored)
- 1 avocado
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as dill or chives) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Spread cream cheese evenly over the rye bread slices. 2. Slice the avocado and place the slices on top of the cream cheese.
3. Squeeze lemon juice over the avocado to prevent browning.
4. Layer the cold-smoked salmon on top of the avocado.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
7. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
