A delicious open fish burger combining pike and cold-smoked salmon patties with fresh toppings, making it a perfect summer dish. Preparation time is approximately 30 minutes, serving size is for 2 people.
Ingredients:
- 200 g pike
- 100 g cold-smoked salmon
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 dl lettuce (e.g., iceberg or arugula)
- 50 g pickles
- 2 spring onions
- 2 slices of bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the fish patty: Finely chop the pike and cold-smoked salmon in a bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Shape the mixture into two patties and fry them in a pan over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3. Prepare the garlic sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and minced garlic together.
4. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
5. Assemble the burger: Place lettuce on a slice of bread, top with the fish patty, garlic sauce, pickles, and spring onions.
6. Enjoy immediately and savor this summer delight!
