Ingredients:

- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 2 potatoes
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., dill or parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the carrots, onion, cauliflower, and potatoes into small pieces.
2. In a pot, heat the butter and add the chopped onion. Sauté the onions until they are soft.
3. Add the carrots, cauliflower, and potatoes to the pot. Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in the cream and sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Heat the soup gently again, but do not bring it to a boil.
5. Serve the soup garnished with fresh herbs and enjoy with fresh bread.
