Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes - 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into strips about 1 cm thick.2. Boil the potato strips in salted water for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften. Drain and let cool slightly.
3. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
4. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder.
5. Add the cooled potatoes to the oil mixture and toss well to coat all the potatoes with the spices.
6. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through the baking time.
8. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top, if desired.
