Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 100 ml ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the ground beef and brown it until fully cooked.
4. Stir in the crushed garlic and mix well.
5. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper, and combine thoroughly.
6. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
7. Lightly toast the hamburger buns.
8. Spoon the filling between the buns and serve warm.
