Ingredients:
- 5 dl water
- 42 g lace powder
- 1 tsp lace liquid
Instructions:
1. Measure 5 dl of water and pour it into a bowl.
2. Add 42 g of lace powder to the water and mix well.
3. Whisk the mixture for a few minutes until it is smooth.
4. Add 1 tsp of lace liquid and continue whisking for 5-10 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thick.
5. Spread the lace mixture onto a silicone mat, filling all the cavities gently back and forth.
6. Scrape off any excess mixture with a spatula.
7. Bake the lace sheet in the oven at 75°C (170°F) for about 20 minutes. Keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn't dry out too much.
8. Remove the sheet from the oven and let it cool for about five minutes.
9. Carefully peel the lace off the mat.
10. Use the lace immediately or store it in an airtight container for several days.
