Ingredients:
- 2 dl dark beer - 3 dl sugar
- 200 g butter
- 2 dl milk
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). 2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and then add the dark beer and milk. Heat gently until the butter is fully melted.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and flour.
4. Combine the dry ingredients with the melted mixture and stir well.
5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, you can dust the cake with powdered sugar or glaze it with chocolate icing.
