Ingredients:

- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 150 g salad (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
- 1 lime
- Fresh basil

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chicken strips until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Slice the red onion into rings and add it to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for a few more minutes until the onion softens.
4. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
5. While the chicken and vegetables are cooking, slice the avocado and squeeze lime juice over it.
6. Serve the chicken mixture over a bed of salad, add the avocado slices, and garnish with fresh basil.
