Ingredients:

- 500 g lamb meat
- 100 g pork mince
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 4 sausage casings

Instructions:

1. Chop the lamb meat and pork mince into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the lamb, pork, olive oil, crushed garlic, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, parsley, and mint.
3. Fill the sausage casings with the meat mixture using a sausage stuffer or funnel.
4. Tie the sausages at each end, leaving some space inside.
5. Grill or fry the sausages over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, until they are beautifully browned and cooked through.
6. Serve with fresh vegetables and bread.
