A delicious mint chocolate square that makes the perfect dessert or coffee table treat. The fresh mint flavor combined with rich chocolate makes it irresistible.

Serving Size: 12 squares

Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp mint extract
- A pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar for decoration

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a square baking pan (approximately 20x20 cm).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Mix well.
3. Add the sugar to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and mint extract. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the chocolate mixture.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the surface.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the surface is set but still slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
