- 500 g phyllo pastry
- 4 oranges (juice and zest)
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almond flakes)
- Icing sugar (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
2. Grease a baking dish with melted butter.
3. Zest the oranges and squeeze their juice into a bowl.
4. Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
5. Add the orange juice, zest, vanilla sugar, and baking powder to the egg-sugar mixture. Mix well.
6. Stir in the melted butter until smooth.
