A refreshing fruit salad perfect for celebrations or summer days. The sparkling wine adds an exciting twist! Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 apples - 2 pears
- 1 banana
- 200 g grapes
- 1 dl fresh strawberries
- 1 dl sparkling wine
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Wash and peel the apples and pears. Cut them into cubes.2. Slice the banana and halve the grapes.
3. Chop the strawberries and add all the fruits to a large bowl.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fruit salad and gently mix.
5. Add honey and sparkling wine. Stir lightly to combine.
6. Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
