- 1 tablespoon chlorella powder
- 1 tablespoon spirulina
- 1 tablespoon ashwagandha powder
- 200 ml almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 100 g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- A handful of fresh nettles (or other green leaves)
Instructions:
