A delightful blend of tradition and modern baking, these sweet treats are perfect for celebrating Runeberg's Day or Shrove Tuesday!

Serving Size: 12 muffins

Ingredients:

- 200 g almond flour
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 ml raspberry jam
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)
- Almond flakes (for decoration)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare your muffin tin.
2. In a bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In another bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
5. Gradually add the dry mixture and milk to the batter, mixing until smooth.
6. Divide the batter into the muffin tins, filling each about 2/3 full.
7. Spoon a teaspoon of raspberry jam into the center of each muffin.
8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
9. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar and sprinkle with almond flakes for decoration.
