This delicious tart is the perfect dessert, best prepared the day before to enhance its flavor.
Preparation Time: 1 hour + cooling time
Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl cream
- 150 g berries (such as blueberries or raspberries)

Instructions:

1. Crumble the digestive biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
2. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Whip the cream to soft peaks and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
6. Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes, until set.
7. Allow the tart to cool at room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator for at least a few hours, preferably overnight.
8. Decorate with berries just before serving.
