Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons coffee
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons melted margarine
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
Instructions:
1. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until frothy.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and flour).
3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg-sugar mixture, alternating with the milk.
4. Finally, fold in the melted margarine and mix until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
7. Allow to cool before serving.
