A delicious and refreshing dessert perfect for summer celebrations or as a sweet treat. This tart is easy to make and takes little time!

Ingredients

- 100 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl potato flour
- 1 dl wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl fresh strawberries
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F). Grease and flour a round tart pan.
2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted butter to the mixture and stir well.
5. In another bowl, combine the potato flour, wheat flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the tart is golden brown and cooked through.
9. Allow the tart to cool before removing it from the pan.
10. Slice the fresh strawberries and arrange them on top of the tart. Dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
