Ingredients:
- 1 liter fresh strawberries
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then gently fold it into the egg mixture.
4. Pour the batter into a tart pan lined with parchment paper and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the base is golden brown. Allow to cool.
5. Whip the cream and mix it with the cream cheese until smooth.
6. Slice the fresh strawberries.
7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled tart base and top with the fresh strawberry slices.
8. Let the tart chill in the refrigerator for a bit before serving.
