A delightful and delicious tart featuring vanilla pudding, Amaretto liqueur, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for celebrations or everyday indulgence.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + chilling time
Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
- 10 tablespoons of Amaretto
- 100 g of almond flakes
- 7 dl of milk or light cream
- 500 g of strawberries
- 4 eggs

Instructions:

1. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions by combining the vanilla pudding powder, milk or light cream, and eggs in a saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in the Amaretto into the vanilla pudding until well combined.
3. Pour a portion of the vanilla pudding over the tart base and spread it evenly.
4. Slice the strawberries in half and arrange them on top of the vanilla pudding.
5. Pour the remaining vanilla pudding over the strawberries.
6. Sprinkle almond flakes on top of the tart.
7. Allow the tart to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
