Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g pesto
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
3. Mix the cooked pasta with the pesto and add a little cooking water if needed to keep the mixture moist.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes and olive oil to the pasta-pesto mixture. Stir well.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the portions on plates and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil for garnish.
