A delicious raw chocolate recipe that combines the classic flavors of Runeberg tarts with a modern twist. This sweet treat is perfect for healthier indulgence.

Serving Size: 12 pieces

Ingredients:

- 200 g nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
- 100 g dates
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 50 g coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 dl almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 dl raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 dl rum (optional)

Instructions:

1. Soak the nuts and dates in warm water for about 15 minutes.
2. Drain the nuts and dates, then add them to a blender.
3. Add cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, almond flour, and baking powder.
4. Blend the ingredients until a smooth mixture forms.
5. Gently fold in the raspberries, keeping some whole.
6. Pour the mixture into muffin cups and smooth the top.
7. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
