A delightful Finnish dessert featuring layers of fluffy cake, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for summer gatherings!

Serving Size: Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Whip the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Gently fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture.
4. Pour the batter into a round cake pan lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown. Allow to cool.
6. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in the vanilla sugar.
7. Slice the cooled cake in half horizontally and fill with whipped cream and strawberries.
8. Place the top layer of the cake back on and decorate with remaining strawberries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
9. Serve and enjoy!
