Ingredients:
- 200 ml brewed green tea (cooled)
- 1 banana
- 100 ml orange juice
- 100 g baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice (as needed)
Instructions:
1. Brew the green tea and allow it to cool.
2. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
3. Add all ingredients to a blender: cooled green tea, banana, orange juice, spinach, and honey if using.
4. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
