Ingredients:

- 200 g plain yogurt
- 1 dl fresh spinach
- 1 dl cucumber (diced)
- 1 dl celery (diced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, spinach, cucumber, and celery.
2. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Mix all the ingredients well until the mixture is smooth.
5. Serve in bowls and enjoy immediately.
