A refreshing and delicious smoothie that combines watermelon and coconut milk. Perfect for breakfast or a snack. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g watermelon
- 200 ml coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk
- About 1 tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
- About 2 tsp agave syrup (or honey)
- A few ice cubes
- A tiny pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the watermelon and cut it into chunks.
2. Blend the watermelon and coconut cream or milk until smooth in a blender or using an immersion blender.
3. Add the lemon juice, sweetener, and sea salt if desired. Mix well.
4. If your blender is powerful enough, you can add the ice cubes directly. Otherwise, you can add them to the smoothie in pieces.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
