Watermelon Coconut Drink

A refreshing thirst-quencher for hot days, combining the freshness of watermelon and the revitalizing taste of coconut water. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: Approx. 600 ml
Ingredients:
- About 500 ml watermelon cubes
- About 300 ml coconut water
- A splash of lime juice
- Ice
Instructions:
1. Cube the chilled watermelon and blend it until smooth using a hand blender or regular blender.
2. If the watermelon has seeds, strain the puree and press the pulp to retain the juice.
3. Mix in approximately an equal amount of coconut water with the watermelon puree.
4. Add lime juice to taste, if desired.
5. Serve the drink over ice.
