Ingredients:
- 1 medium early cabbage
- 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the onions and sauté until they are soft.
4. Slice the early cabbage into thin strips and add it to the skillet.
5. Cook the cabbage for about 5-7 minutes until it starts to soften.
6. Add the crushed tomatoes and mix well. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
7. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
8. Serve warm alongside grilled sausages or steak. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
