A delightful cake featuring the sweet and tangy flavors of raspberries combined with rich white chocolate. Perfect for any occasion!

Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 1 ½ dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 ½ dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl potato flour
- ½ dl heavy cream
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl frozen raspberries
- ½ dl chopped white chocolate
Instructions:
1. Cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, potato flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar) and gradually add them to the batter.
4. Stir in the heavy cream until well combined.
5. Gently fold in the frozen raspberries and chopped white chocolate.
6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
7. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
