A delightful blend of sweet and aromatic flavors, perfect as a dessert or filling for pastries.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + cooling time
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 450 g fresh raspberries (or blackberries)
- 150 g fine sugar
- 4 sheets of gelatin
- 2 Earl Grey tea bags
- 300 ml water
Instructions:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5-10 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat the water and add the Earl Grey tea bags. Let it steep for about 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
3. Add the fine sugar to the tea-infused water and stir until the sugar dissolves.
4. Add the soaked gelatin sheets to the hot tea mixture and stir well to combine.
5. Gently fold in the raspberries (or blackberries) into the mixture.
6. Pour the mixture into sterilized jars or containers and let it cool at room temperature.
7. Transfer the jelly to the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.
