Ingredients:

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Ketchup for serving

Instructions:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
2. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to evenly coat the potatoes with the spices.
3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake the potatoes at 200 °C (400 °F) for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through the baking time.
5. Serve hot with ketchup.
