A delicious recipe combining crispy French fries with flavorful cod balls. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy dinner with friends.

Ingredients:

- 800 g potatoes
- 1 l oil for frying
- 400 g cod
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 dl fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
2. Soak the potato strips in cold water for about 30 minutes.
3. Prepare the cod balls: In a bowl, mix the cod, cream, egg, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Shape the mixture into small balls.
4. Heat the oil in a large pot to 180°C (350°F).
5. Fry the potato strips until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove them and place on paper towels to drain.
6. Fry the cod balls in the oil for about 4-5 minutes until they are golden brown.
7. Serve the warm French fries alongside the cod balls.
