A perfect Saturday morning starts with a delicious baked oatmeal, packed with flavor and nutrients. This recipe is easy to prepare and great for the whole family.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup berries (e.g., blueberries or raspberries)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, milk, water, honey, salt, and cinnamon.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
4. Sprinkle nuts or seeds and berries on top.
5. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the oatmeal has a nice golden brown color.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with yogurt or fresh berries.
