A delicious and refreshing rhubarb-ginger buttermilk drink that's perfect for a quick snack, especially on summer days!

Ingredients:
- 200 g rhubarb
- 1-2 tbsp candied ginger (or 1 tsp ground ginger + 1 tbsp sugar)
- 2 dl buttermilk
- (optional) 1 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions:
1. Chop the rhubarb into small pieces and place them in a cup.
2. Add the chopped candied ginger or ground ginger with a bit of sugar.
3. Quickly place the cup in the microwave and heat until the rhubarb softens.
4. Stir the heated mixture and add poppy seeds if desired.
5. Pour in the buttermilk and mix well.
6. Enjoy the drink immediately and feel its refreshing taste!
