A creamy and delicious dessert made with sea buckthorn berries. Perfect for a refreshing treat!

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl sea buckthorn berries
- 1/2 dl water
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1/2 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Measure the sea buckthorn berries and water into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer until the berries soften.
2. Strain the mixture through a sieve, pressing the berries with a spoon to separate the skins and seeds.
3. In the same saucepan, add the heavy cream and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the cream from boiling over.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and gradually pour in the sea buckthorn juice while stirring continuously.
5. Season with vanilla sugar and pour the mixture into serving dishes.
6. Chill and let set in a cool place for a few hours before serving.
