This delicious dessert combines the tartness of sea buckthorn with the creaminess of a posset. It's easy to make and offers a delightful finish to any meal.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes + 4 hours chilling time
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 3 dl heavy cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 dl sea buckthorn juice

Instructions:

1. Heat the heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Allow the mixture to boil for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the sea buckthorn juice. Mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into serving cups or glasses and allow it to cool at room temperature.
5. Transfer the possets to the refrigerator and let them set for at least 4 hours or overnight.
6. Serve with fresh berries or toasted white chocolate.
