Ingredients:

- 2 dl heavy cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 dl sea buckthorn juice

Instructions:

1. Heat the cream and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the sea buckthorn juice until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into serving cups or glasses.
4. Allow the possets to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Serve with fresh berries or toasted white chocolate.
