A delicious and refreshing dessert that combines a creamy texture with the tart flavor of sea buckthorn. Perfect for coffee breaks or as a sweet ending to your meal! Preparation Time: 15 minutes + chilling
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 ml + 1 tablespoon sugar
- 50 ml sea buckthorn juice (concentrate)
Instructions:
1. Pour the heavy cream and sugar into a small saucepan.
2. Heat the mixture until it comes to a boil, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat and remove the saucepan from the stove.
4. Stir in the sea buckthorn juice until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into two serving cups.
6. Allow the posset to chill in the refrigerator for at least three hours, preferably 4-5 hours, before serving.
