A delicious and refreshing dessert that combines creamy panna cotta with sweet marinated mango. This treat brings the flavors of spring to your Easter table.

Ingredients:

- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 gelatin sheets
- 100 ml passion fruit pulp (about 2-3 fruits)

Marinated Mango:

- 1 ripe mango
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions:

1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Do not bring to a boil.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the drained gelatin sheets to the mixture. Stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
4. Add the passion fruit pulp and mix thoroughly.
5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
6. For the marinated mango, peel and dice the mango. In a bowl, mix the mango, lime juice, and sugar. Let it marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
7. Serve the panna cotta topped with the marinated mango.
