A rich and decadent chocolate cake perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
4. Pour the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the egg mixture and mix well.
5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
