Delicious muffins that combine wine and sweet batter, perfect for wine and food celebrations. Preparation time is about 30 minutes. Serves 12.Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 100 grams chocolate (white or dark)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. Grease a muffin pan or line it with paper muffin liners.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4. Add in the white wine, milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla sugar. Stir until smooth.
5. Chop the chocolate and fold it into the batter gently.
6. Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
